Paste for use in pralines with a praline almond (51%) and dried red fruits both powdered (blueberry, strawberry and raspberry) and in pieces (dark cherry, strawberry and redcurrant). Flavour typical of red fruits, with a slight aftertaste of almonds. Crunchy texture.
